Everything runs containerised on Kubernetes with PostgreSQL behind it, so a pilot scales into production without a rewrite. The name
“Rasalhague”, the name in our wordmark, is the brightest star of the constellation Ophiuchus, the Serpent-Bearer. It comes from the Arabic ra’s al-ḥawwā’, “head of the serpent-bearer”: a fixed, guiding star to navigate by.

Often yes, but not always, and the answer depends on whether standard software already fits. RIT Services quotes custom development per project after a free 30-minute consultation, and publishes fixed monthly pricing only for the AI phone agent, from 500 € plus VAT. Where an off-the-shelf tool would cover the process, we say so in that consultation. Custom software is worth building when the process is a genuine competitive difference, or when the workarounds around standard software already cost more staff time than the build would.
